This 90-minute consultation creates space to pause, assess, and gain clarity on where you are and where your efforts are best spent.
Through a focused review of your portfolio, artistic identity, positioning, and current business practices, this session provides thoughtful feedback and practical guidance tailored to your goals. We’ll assess market readiness, pricing and presentation, and explore potential income pathways including sales, commissions, grants, and other opportunities. The intention is not to overhaul your practice, but to help you optimize what you’ve already built and identify clear, realistic next steps.
You’ll walk away with a written consultation summary and prioritized action steps, offering clarity, confidence, and direction moving forward. This is ideal if you’re not ready for full representation but want informed, artist-centered guidance to strengthen your foundation.

This offering is for artists who know they want to grow but feel overwhelmed by how to do so strategically. You may have strong work and ambition, but lack a cohesive plan connecting your branding, pricing, visibility, and long-term opportunities. Without structure, progress can feel scattered or stagnant—even when the effort is there.
Over the course of 4–6 weeks, we work together to build a comprehensive, personalized roadmap for your artistic career. This includes artist brand and narrative development, portfolio refinement and curation, pricing and revenue foundations, and a visibility strategy tailored to your goals. We also map out a focused plan for exhibitions, grants, collaborations, or special projects, supported by two to three one-hour strategy sessions.
The result is a clear, actionable growth strategy you can execute independently. You’ll receive a refined artist statement and bio, along with a 6–12 month development roadmap designed to bring clarity, momentum, and intention to your next phase. This offering is ideal if you want more than a single consultation but aren’t quite ready for full representation.

You may feel confident in your work but overwhelmed by the administrative, logistical, and strategic demands of sustaining and expanding your career. Managing opportunities, pricing, communication, and long-term planning alone can limit your capacity to focus on creating.
Selective Management & Representation positions Blackbird Arts as your strategic partner and executive assistant—supporting both vision and execution. This may include career guidance, opportunity identification and submissions, pricing and sales support, basic contract review, and monthly strategy check-ins. Representation is offered selectively and based on alignment, availability, and scope; project-based representation may also be considered.
The intention of this offering is to provide consistent, informed support that allows your practice to grow with structure and care. This is for artists who don’t just want a plan—they want a partner invested in their work, their goals, and their long-term success
