Jayeola Joshua is a talented visual artist born and based in Lagos, Nigeria, with his roots from Osun state (Southwest Nigeria). Having obtained his national diploma (ND) from the Polytechnic Ibadan, Joshua furthered his education at Yaba College of Technology, specializing in painting and earning a Higher National Diploma (HND). He had his training at the Universal Studio of Art in Nigeria and was mentored by fellow Nigerian Artist, Mr. Abdulsalam Abdulkareem.

Joshua works with acrylics, oil, and charcoal, using curved lines and vivid red tones to explore emotion and psychological depth. His themes draw from culture, history, social life, identity, and personal transformation, inviting viewers to reflect on the human experience. As a forging artist committed to discovery, he continually seeks more thoughtful and nuanced ways in mastering his techniques and medium. 

He continues to make a strong mark on contemporary art in Nigeria and beyond.
